When you request a reservation we may collect your name, email, phone number, hotel, group size, requested date and time, message, IP address and browser information. We also store language and consent choices. Google Analytics data is collected only after analytics consent.

3. Why we use it

We use the data to answer enquiries, organise requested services, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with legal duties and, with consent, understand website use. The legal bases may be steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent.
