1. Scope

These terms govern use of red-sea-horse.com and requests for horse or camel riding services offered by Red Sea Horse & Camel Riding Club in Hurghada, Egypt.

2. Reservation requests

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes final only after our team confirms the date, time, programme, price and meeting point. Please provide accurate contact and rider information.

3. Safety and participation

Guests must follow instructor guidance, disclose relevant health conditions and use the supplied safety equipment. Routes and animals are selected according to experience, age, weather and animal welfare. Minors must be accompanied or authorised by a responsible adult.

4. Changes and cancellation

Cancellation, payment and refund terms are communicated before confirmation. We may change or cancel an activity for safety, weather, animal welfare or circumstances beyond reasonable control and will offer a suitable alternative or the agreed remedy.

5. Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content. Text, branding and original media may not be reused commercially without permission.

6. Liability and law
